After your order, our engineering team will to identify any potential issues. 1.Compliance with design rules (DRC) 2.PCBA fabrication concerns 3.Design for manufacturability challenges 4.Any additional tooling requirements for your design.
Step 3
After EQ, we will arrange parts sourcing, PCB manufacturing & PCB assembly 1.We will order the parts and PCB required for your PCB design. 2.Your materials are inspected and assembled into kits. 3. Once the kit and data are loaded onto the assembly machines, manufacturing can begin.
Step 4
After finish PCBA with full testing, we will arrange overseas shipment. 1.Our shipping specialists then package the PCB assemblies and prepare for courier pick up or for placement in our warehouse facilities. 2.If your products require postsecondary assembly, our technicians program, test and assemble PCBAs into enclosures according to your build instructions.
