Complex Processes Demand Precision
Our client confronted significant challenges due to the complexity of their product processes, which involved SMT, DIP, and crimping technologies. Their strict quality control requirements for printing and reflow soldering temperature were crucial for ensuring product reliability. Focusing on Process Analysis and Quality Control

Over 30 simulation validations were repeated in order to discover the optimal soldering outcomes.During the printing phase, we used custom step stencils to ensure optimal soldering for various components. For the crimping process, we also collaborated with suppliers to design specialized fixtures, guaranteeing zero defect in crimp connector.
